Smoking behavior is always a bad thing to do. Many people died because of lung cancer and tuberculosis caused by his smoking habit. But those threats look like are not enough to make smokers stop this bad behavior. Smokers often do not care about their health. The important thing is the style that they do as smokers. There are many smokers who are proud about their status as smokers, thought there are many victims who died because of smoking habit.

Without having any care to health condition, people will never accept the idea of stop smoking. They will defend and give more excuses to hide from people who usually remind them to stop smoking. Well, there is one solution to make smokers leave cigarette for their health. Governments and scholars should have spread information about the not cool thing because of smoking.

If the image of coolness and masculinity of smoking behaviors can be pushed, it is sure that the full treatment to prevent and cure smoking habits will be more popular in for the people. 2/3 of our body consists mostly of water. It has a lot of function in our body. When we drink water, suddenly we feel refresh and relief from thirst, but actually there are many other important functions of water in our body. People should drink 2-3 liters water in a day which is the minimum recommended water consumption to support all the functions of our body organs. Apparently, many people do not know well about the function of water. Many people ignore the minimum water consumption, without knowing the risk of lacking water in their body, so they just drink when they feel thirsty.

Let’s talk about the risk of lacking water in our body. Well, if one day our body does not get enough water from the daily consumption, our body will give a quite monstrous response. Our body will get the water from other body parts which contain water. Two body parts which contain water are blood and brain.

When our body is taking water from blood, it will make the blood will become higher viscosity. High viscosity blood will make the filter process by the kidneys becomes harder, and often made a stone in the kidney. If our body takes water from brain, we will easily lose concentration and difficult to think clearly.

The Mesothelioma Cancer

Cancer is one of the top ten killers in the world. It kills more than accident in the road. Cancer is a disease. It is an uncontrolled growth of human cells. The uncontrolled growth can be very severe and make huge damage on the nearby tissue. It can also spread from one part of the body to the other part. One of the most dangerous cancers is Mesothelioma. This is a disease that can cause cells of the mesothelium become abnormal. The abnormal condition of the mesothelium makes the cell divide without control. The disorder growth of the cells makes excessive damage to the other cells around it. Most of Mesothelioma cancer is started at the Pleura. As you know, this kind of cancer is really rare and mostly happens in women. The men also can be infected with this cancer but not as much as women. This risk of this Mesothelioma cancer is growing as the people getting older.

If you want to heal the cancer, you will need to do some therapies that will need a lot of time and efforts. This cancer is easily removed if you can detect it as soon as possible.

Nutrition inside Our Body

As we all know, there are plenty kinds of nutrition that needed by the body. Actually, there are about 7 kinds of nutrients such as the carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals, protein, vitamins, and water. Off course, we would be able to get the nutrients supplies via the foods that we have eaten. Those nutrients are available in many kinds of foods around us. It would be easy for us to get the nutrients.

The problem is; sometimes we don’t realize that the body has already had some perfect measurements about its needs of the nutrients. The body has calculated the exact needs of the nutrition. But unfortunately, we couldn’t count how many nutrients that we have ate every time. So, sometimes, we put too much nutrients inside that would cause us some risks, such as obesity.

The obesity happens because there are too many nutrients are being stored inside the body as fat. Those nutrients could be dumped outside because several reasons. Perhaps, the body doesn’t do lots of exercises so the fat couldn’t be burned ant dumped out as sweat. So, it would be strongly recommended that we must consider the nutrition that we eat so avoid some bad things happen to our health.
